I founded Bodymotions in 2020 with a deep, personal mission to help people feel at home in their own bodies. As someone living with MS and Epilepsy, I truly understand the challenges of navigating neurological patterns and the constant search for balance. This personal journey, along with my experience teaching Neuro-Focused Pilates at The Arc of Palm Beaches, fuels my dedication to helping my clients regain movement, sensation, and confidence. I have been a Licensed Bodyworker since 2014. Throughout my career, I have traveled the country to gain certifications in Myofascial Therapy, Myoskeletal Alignment (MAT), Neuromuscular Therapy, Stretch Therapy, and Cupping, among others. I don’t believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach; instead, I choose from a wide range of Manual Therapy techniques to create a custom session based specifically on your concerns and goals for that day. From my private boutique studio in Wellington or through concierge mobile sessions, I support a diverse community. This includes those navigating Neuro-Recovery (Stroke, Parkinson’s, ALS, and Bell’s Palsy), athletes like equestrians, polo players, and golfers looking for better rotation, and local neighbors dealing with back pain, stiffness, or plantar fasciitis. I also offer specialized Lymphatic Wellness and Facial Integration for both neurological health and aesthetic symmetry, including my signature Facessage.
